We have a range of support services for care leavers and/ or young people making the transition into independent living. These are based on levels of need and allow us to reduce the level of support as confidence and skills grow.

The types of homes we can provide include:

Supported Independent Living
The first move towards independence can be a daunting transition. This type of accommodation offers up to 3 care leavers their own en–suite accommodation in a shared house with 24 hours staff support. This allows for individual and some group learning to develop essential independence and life skills.

Independence Flats

For those young people who are more confident, independence flats offer fully self contained accommodation in small developments of up to 3 flats. These are still underpinned by 24 hour staff support and guidance as young people become more integrated into their community network.

Care Leavers Outreach

We recognise that the first time you live truly independently, there will always be times when you need advice, support or a place to turn to. Through positive landlord relationships,  we are able to establish tenancies for young people to live independently within the community whilst still having access to planned outreach support which reduces over time.
