Continuum’s residential provision covers every region in the UK and is made up of over seventy homes. Each residential placement includes a programme of clinical intervention which is based around our unique House or Resilience outcomes monitoring system. We offer our customers four types of home, complex needs (solo), dual care, group care and independent living. This ensures each individual recieves a continuum of care that matches their specific needs. Each of our homes is specialised to ensure young people are placed with staff who have experience of their behaviours. Wherever possible we ensure each young person moves through each stage of care from their initial placement (whether solo or group) and eventually into our independent living programme.

We have homes in rural, suburban and town locations all of which welcome short, medium and long–term placements of either a planned or emergency nature. All of our homes meet national OFSTED requirements and we work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure high quality and conformity.
