The Continuum Group's residential provision covers most regions of the UK and is made up of 69 homes. Each residential placement includes a programme of clinical intervention. which is based around our unique House of Resilience outcomes monitoring system. We offer local authorities four types of homes:
One place homes (complex needs)
Two place homes
Group homes (three to six)
Care leavers
This ensures each young person receives the type of care to match their specific needs and is looked after by an experienced staff team. Where possible we endeavour to work with our young people to move them through each stage of our care from initial placement to an independent living programme.
We have homes in rural, suburban and town centre locations all of which welcome short, medium and long term placements either planned or same day.
All of our homes meet national OFSTED requirements with 84% of residential provision rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. We work closely with other agencies including local safeguarding boards, the Police, CAMHS, and regulartory bodies to ensure high quality and conformity.
