committed to providing a quality, best-value and caring service with measurable outcomes

Solo care offers an intense and comprehensive one-to-one care programme for young people with extreme and out-of-control behaviour, who may suffer from mental health problems or self-harm, and are unable to live in a group environment.

Dual care is less intensive than solo care but is of benefit to young people who are starting to re-integrate and live in the community.

Group care enables young people to live within a group of peers who are matched to support their social needs.

Education services offer bespoke education, ensuring access to education for all young people. The education services are DfES registered and Ofsted approved. We have our own specialist schools supporting our young people across the group.

Clinical intervention is available throughout the young person’s development, starting with an initial psychiatric or psychological assessment. It may include play therapy, speech therapy, life story work and direct work.

Fostering. All carers undergo comprehensive checks and following approval, undergo induction and a core training programme with additional modules offered to help meet the needs of children in placements.

Residential Family Assessment Centre. 6 self-contained flats plus additional communal facilities offering 12-week assessments with full court reports. In addition to single parent and family assessment, we also have experience of assessing Looked After Children who have become parents.

Supervised contact. We facilitate and supervise contact in line with individual case requirements. Reports are provided after each contact session in the format you specify: chronological, or under the assessment framework headings.

Respite care is offered short term for young people in families or residential services.

Domiciliary care for children and their families provides support within their home including parenting skills assistance and respite care. Support can be constant or phased, regular or random. We are flexible and creative and can tailor the support package to individual requirements and specific needs.

Escorted transportation. Secure and non-secure transport services, including court attendance, retrieving absconders, health appointments, hospital bedwatch, placement and home visits. Approved by the Youth Justice Board.

AALA registered outward-bound services provide structured, activity-based programmes, assessments or holidays for young people to help improve their confidence and build self-esteem. Crisis intervention/emergency placements are available for up to a maximum of 92 days.

16+ independent living supports young people leaving care and starting to live in the community. Outreach support packages are individually tailored to specific needs and requirements.
